How to load your wallet

Add money once and pay for rides, passes and bus tickets without reaching for your card each time. It takes about a minute. The steps move on by themselves every 5 seconds. Tap any step to jump to it, or pause to take your time.

Good to know

Balance not updated yet?

If you see "Payment is being confirmed", the bank is still confirming. Your balance updates on its own, usually within a few minutes. Pull down on Wallet to refresh.

Save a card for later

Tap Add card under Payment Methods. NGN 50 is charged to verify the card and credited straight back to your wallet.

Add Money is greyed out?

Card top-up may be switched off for your account. The app shows the reason. Contact Glyde support from the Help page if it should be available.

Closed the app mid-payment?

Open Glyde again and go to Wallet. If you paid, the app confirms the charge as soon as you return.
